Dr. Tiffany Tapp received her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University in 1991. She then went on to complete an internship in small animal medicine and surgery from Auburn University. After working in private practice on the West Coast for several years, Dr. Tapp then completed a residency in dermatology at the Animal Dermatology Clinic of Southern California and the University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Tapp became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology in 1999. Currently there are only 140 board-certified veterinary dermatologists in the United States and Dr. Tapp is the only boarded dermatologist in Rhode Island.
Dr. Tapp lectures widely in small animal dermatology and is the author of several articles and book chapters. She has a special interest in canine and feline allergies, and treats skin and ear diseases of all types.
Ashley Brumbaum graduated with a degree in international business and French with a minor in marketing in Dec 02 from the University of Rhode Island. She has been with the practice since May 2002 and is now the head veterinary dermatology assistant. Ashley's broad background makes her a valuable asset to the practice.
